START YOU LIFE WITH A HEALTHY WAY
Hello world! I have something to share with you, how do I maintain my healthy life style. Here are some food that you can eat and mixed them together! What's your favorite fruits? I guess everyone do likes fruit. Fruits have a lots of types. Here are some fruits that are always listed in my mind and they are usually end up in my stomach. lol
Apples,Green apples,banana,mango and etc! I prefer green apple then red apple. Did you know that green apple have the higher nutrition and vitamin then the red apple. So, i prefer green apple then the red apple. Haha! But a lots of human being prefer red apple I guess? Because red apple ain't sour and it taste sweet and quite juicy. Am I right? *tsk tsk tsk*
Nowadays, I usually prepare a healthy meal for my dinner. Guess what's that? Check the guys out later. Hehehe.
Okay lar, I mixed yogurt with green apple! Yogurt? Some of you don't really likes yogurt right? You guys feel that yogurt is a really yucky or ohmygod dessert. I tell you, They are not. They taste awesome and it can help you to reduce your weight if you wanna to have a diet :)
Besides that, yogurt is my best friend when I am not in the pretty. *Hiak hiak* !

Ingredients : 2 green apples , a cup of yogurt ( Your favorite flavor) and a lemon.
Step 2 : Cut the green apples into smaller cube/size/pieces. Depends on you.
Step 3 : The green apples are ready ♥
Step 4 : Yayh! The guys get ready to swim! Lol
Step 5 : Mix up the green apples and the yogurt and squeeze a little of lemon juice to get a great flavor!
